Sample plans for individual coaching:
- Long range training, consulting, and coaching
This option could include weekly (or less) 2-3 hour meetings that may cover a variety of agreed upon focus areas. Based on individual needs, these meetings would be interactive, but would mainly utilize teaching and exercises to enhance learning and professional development. Opportunities to give and view communication interactions could be arranged, as well as role-play situations and other real-time practice opportunities.
- Workshop format
A one-day workshop could be created for an individual or small group. This workshop would include materials and exercises that could explore one topic in depth or a variety of topics on an introductory basis.
- Coaching
Individual coaching could continue on an as-needed basis following a workshop or topic exploration.
